Wolf PDF provides online PDF tools for document processing, conversion, signing, and AI-assisted document reading. You must use the service only for lawful purposes and only with files you have the right to upload, process, convert, sign, or share. Different features may have different processing, download, and retention behavior, as described in the service and Privacy Policy.

Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend or restrict access if we detect abuse, security risk, non-payment, or use that interferes with the service.

Free and Premium plans have different limits for standard tool runs, advanced conversions, file sizes, signing, and AI credits. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. Prices, limits, and included features may change, but active subscribers will keep access for the paid period except where restriction is required for abuse, security, or payment issues.

You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing area. Unless Stripe or the billing flow says otherwise, cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Immediate cancellation, failed payment, chargeback, or account closure may reduce or remove Premium access sooner.

We aim to produce useful and accurate outputs, but document conversion, compression, OCR, signing placement, and AI-generated answers can be imperfect. You are responsible for checking output before relying on it, sending it, signing it, filing it, or using it for legal, financial, medical, or business decisions.

Signing features help you prepare, request, and apply signatures to documents. You are responsible for making sure the signing process is appropriate for your document, jurisdiction, parties, and required evidence. We do not provide legal advice.

AI answers are generated from available document context and may be incomplete or wrong. They are provided for convenience and should not replace professional advice or your own review of the source document.

You must not use the service to process unlawful content, invade privacy, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, bypass limits, reverse engineer private systems, overload the service, or interfere with other users.

We may update, suspend, or remove features as the service evolves. We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every file will process successfully.
